Mobile Notary Service
Can't come to us? We come to you. FingerScan Digital Las Vegas offers mobile notary services across Las Vegas, Henderson, North Las Vegas, and Summerlin.
Mobile notary appointments must be scheduled in advance. Please call us at (702) 965-2448 to coordinate scheduling, discuss your location, and confirm availability. Mobile service fees vary depending on distance and service requirements, and are always quoted and agreed before we travel.
How It Works — In Person
- Come in or call to schedule — walk-ins welcome Monday through Friday 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
- Bring your document and valid photo ID — government-issued ID required for all notarial acts
- Sign in the presence of our notary — do not sign your document beforehand
- We complete the notarial act and apply our official notary seal
How It Works — Remote Online
- Open your email invitation. The invitation includes session details, requirements, and a Get Started button to join the session
- Test your device camera, microphone, and speaker, then click Join Session
- Verify your identity by entering your name, date of birth, last 4 digits of your Social Security number, and address, then complete the identity questionnaire
- Upload your driver's license, passport, or other supported identification document
- Meet the notary, confirm your identity, review the document, and perform the notarial ceremony
- Sign your document(s)
- Receive your notarized document(s)

- Do not sign your document before your appointment — the notary must witness your signature
- Bring a valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID
- All signers must appear before the notary — in person for in-office and mobile appointments, or on live video for remote online sessions
- Complete your document before your appointment — a notary may refuse to notarize a document with blank spaces

What documents do you notarize?

Can I sign my document before coming in?
No. You must sign your document in the presence of our notary. If you have already signed your document, you may need to sign it again in front of the notary or bring a fresh copy — the notarial act cannot be completed on a signature the notary did not witness.
What ID do I need to bring?
A valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID is required for all notarial acts. Acceptable forms of ID include a driver's license, state ID, or passport.
Which type of notarization do I need — acknowledgement or jurat?
The document usually tells you: look for the wording on the notary certificate. An acknowledgement confirms you signed willingly; a jurat requires you to swear or affirm the contents are true. Choosing the type of notarization for you would be legal advice, which notaries cannot give — so if the document doesn't say, check with the agency, attorney, or person who asked for it.

What is remote online notarization (RON)?
It's a notarization done over a live audio-video session instead of in person. You sign electronically, and a commissioned Nevada notary verifies your identity, watches you sign, and applies their electronic seal and signature.
Is remote online notarization legal in Nevada?
Yes. Nevada law (NRS Chapter 240) allows notaries registered with the Nevada Secretary of State as electronic notaries to notarize using audio-video communication. Our notary is registered with the Nevada Secretary of State as an electronic notary.
Do I have to be in Nevada to use Remote Online Notary?
Generally, no. Nevada-registered electronic notaries can notarize for signers located outside Nevada using secure audio-video technology. However, the notary must be physically in Nevada during the session, and the document must still be accepted by whoever receives it. If you're outside the U.S., contact us first so we can confirm your document qualifies.
What do I need for a Remote Online Notary session?
