Who Qualifies for Passport Renewal Using Form DS-82?
You may be eligible to renew your passport using Form DS-82 if you meet all of the following requirements:
- Your most recent passport was issued when you were 16 years of age or older
- Your most recent passport was issued less than 15 years ago
- Your most recent passport is undamaged and in your possession
- Your name has not changed or you can legally document your name change
- Your most recent passport was a full validity 10-year adult passport

What do I need to bring?
Please bring your most recent passport, a valid government-issued photo ID, and any documents related to a name change if applicable. We will take your passport photos on-site.
What is the difference between your service fee and the government fee?

We do not submit your passport renewal on your behalf, but we make the process seamless during your visit. We prepare all your documents, take your passport photos on-site, and complete Form DS-82 together with you to ensure everything is accurate. Once ready you can submit your application electronically right here at our office — no need to visit a passport acceptance facility.
What if I need my passport faster than 2–3 weeks?
