Important Reminders
- Do not sign your document before the session — the notary must watch you sign
- Confirm with the person or agency receiving your document that they accept electronically notarized documents
- Some documents must be signed in ink or notarized in person — for example, documents a recipient or foreign government requires in paper form. When in doubt, call us first
- Signers located outside the United States should contact us before booking so we can confirm the document qualifies
- Sessions are recorded and securely retained as required by Nevada law
- Our notaries cannot give legal advice, draft documents, or choose the type of notarization for you — if you're unsure which you need, ask the agency or attorney who gave you the document
Thank you — we received your request!

Frequently Asked Questions
What is remote online notarization (RON)?
Remote online notarization is a notarization performed over a live audio-video session instead of in person. You sign electronically, and a commissioned Nevada notary verifies your identity, watches you sign, and applies their electronic signature and seal.
Is remote online notarization legal in Nevada?
Yes. Nevada law (NRS Chapter 240) allows notaries who are registered with the Nevada Secretary of State as electronic notaries to perform notarizations using audio-video communication. Our notary is registered as an electronic notary with the Nevada Secretary of State.
Do I have to be in Nevada?
Generally, no. A Nevada electronic notary can notarize for signers located outside Nevada using secure audio-video technology, as long as the notary is physically in Nevada during the session. If you are outside the United States, contact us first — additional requirements apply, and the document's recipient must still accept it.
Will my document be accepted?
Electronically notarized documents are widely accepted, but acceptance is always up to the person or agency receiving the document. We recommend confirming with your recipient before your session — especially for court filings, county recordings, and documents being sent to another country.
How is my identity verified?
Each signer enters basic personal details, answers a short identity questionnaire generated from public records, and uploads a valid government-issued photo ID that is checked for authenticity. The notary then confirms your identity face-to-face on camera before any signing takes place.
Is my information secure?
Yes. Sessions take place on a secure, encrypted notarization platform. Your ID and session recording are stored securely and retained only as required by Nevada law. We never sell or share your personal information.
How much does remote online notarization cost?
Each remote notarial act — acknowledgement, jurat, or oath or affirmation — is $25.00 per signature. An on-demand witness is $25.00 per witness. A remote online loan signing is $100.00 per loan package. Call (702) 965-2448 if you have a large document set and want a quote.
What if there are multiple signers?
Each signer may join from their own device and location, and each must verify their own identity. Let us know how many signers will participate when you submit your request.
Can I get a remote notarized document apostilled?
In many cases, yes — but requirements depend on the document and the destination country. Call us at (702) 965-2448 before your session and we'll walk you through it. Learn more about our apostille services.
Can you do my loan closing remotely?
Yes, when your lender and title or escrow company allow it. A remote online loan signing is $100.00 per loan package. Many lenders still require wet-ink signatures, so ask your escrow officer first, then choose "Loan Signing Package" on the request form. If a remote closing isn't allowed, we can do your signing in person — see our notary loan signing service.
